Meet the Coach
Ben Johnson was born and raised in Durham, New
Hampshire. From his early years of junior golf he
developed a passion for the game, and went on to
compete as a top player in the state in high school.
Ben played his collegiate golf at Eastern University
in St. David, Pennsylvania. It was during this time
that Ben decided to make his passion of golf into a
career.
Ben entered the industry as a PGA professional in
2014 as an apprentice. He was elected a Class A
Professional 2018. Ben decided to become a
specialist in teaching and coaching completing the
PGA specialization program in 2021.
Ben has taught players of all ability levels, from
junior beginners to professionals. Ben has been a
PGA junior league head coach, mentor to other
aspiring PGA professionals, and has a strong drive
to see students succeed and achieve their goals.
Ben believes in building solid fundamentals in all
aspects of golf to develop complete players of any
age or ability.
